Osamu Shimohara who has scored on him three times retains the mount. Expecting a bold showing. SUNRISE PRIDE (5) drifted back from the inside draw last time then found the line strongly to score by half a length over 1400m at this track. Form here at this journey is very good with two wins from four runs. Among the leading chances. HAGINO INSPIRE (6) is having her first run since November 26. Goes very well when fresh with two wins from four starts, the latest over 1400m at Sonoda at the start of last prep. Makes plenty of appeal. MEISHO NITOBE (9) improved sharply last time out to score by one length over 1500m at this track a month ago. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
