Decent pace on the cards from Danon Freude and Belleza Nina who like to get rolling early. JUN TSUBAMEGAESHI (1) was in the market first up but could only manage fourth over 2000m at Niigata last start. Races well when second-up. Well-placed to turn things around. DANON FREUDE (2) lines up for the first time since June 15. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 2000m at Hanshin. One of the genuine hopes in the race. CLEOMEDES (9) is a distance specialist who is progressing well this preparation. Opened with a fifth at Kokura two starts back then landed the prize by 2 lengths last time out after being prominent at the turn over 2000m at this track. Meeting a deeper field this time but he can win again. YAMANIN LOOP (6) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth over 2000m at this track. In the right race and should be about the mark.
