Smart Bull and Real Shot to apply plenty of early pressure over the sprint journey. SMART BULL (8) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1200m at this track when second, beaten 1.5 lengths. Will benefit from that experience so a big run is anticipated. LAYOVER (12) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.75 lengths from the winner in second over 1200m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Nicely placed to take this out. REAL SHOT (4) was safely held on debut last start, finishing 9 lengths behind the winner in fourth over 1800m at this track. Plenty of scope for improvement. Expected to be competitive. IMPAR AZUL (13) produced a fair effort on debut last time out when 4.5 lengths from the winner in sixth at this track over 1200m. Can improve and is a top-three chance.
