Lack of speed so it is likely they will just hack along. GHOST (3) enjoyed the big drop in class from the JRA circuit last start but found one better at this track and distance, beaten 5 lengths after being prominent on the bend. Looks well placed and is nicely drawn so expect another big run. ARDORE (6) returned from a spell two weeks ago when he was beaten 6 lengths into fourth over 1300m at this track. Will be improved by that. Nicely placed to find winning form. MAKE A STORY (5) scored two back then was ridden quietly but picked up fairly well in the straight last time out over 1300m at this track. Settles back early but winds up late so the longer journey should suit. Among the main hopes. GALBANUM (10) was solid in fifth last start. Can be competitive.
