From wide out Ungaisoten can slide over and set up a genuine tempo. UNGAISOTEN (11) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by 1.5 lengths last time out over 1800m at this track. Should cross from wide out. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is good enough to play a major role. KANJI (9) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by half a length over 1800m at this track. Will be better for that latest run and he looms as a significant threat. ARARE TABASHIRU (12) finished midfield at his first run back from a spell last start, beaten 14 lengths over 1800m in the G3 Leopard Stakes at Niigata Dirt at long odds. Drawn out but does go back and work into his races. Should be competitive. BLAZEST (6) finished third last start over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt, beaten 7 lengths. Will strip fitter this time. Likely improver with solid prospects.
