Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SMART PRECIOUS (9) is back from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Turned in a fair effort at Kyoto Dirt over 1800m at her only run last prep, finishing eighth and beaten 2.75 lengths. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Winning claims on best figures. ALBERIC (2) drifted well back from the inside draw last time before winding up strongly and finishing fourth over 1900m at this track. One of the main contenders.
