Baltica should be able to comfortably find the front. SALICE (2) was well in commission on her debut over 1600m at Niigata eight weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 3.5 lengths. Better for the run and can improve sharply. T O STEIN (6) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner when first-up last start over 2000m at this track. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. In the right race and is sure to prove hard to beat. BALTICA (4) stepped out on his debut over 2000m at this track seven weeks ago and finished fifth, beaten 6 lengths. Open to improvement and can feature. EMMA (3) finished third on debut two weeks ago over 2000m at this track, beaten 7 lengths. One of the genuine contenders.
