TALENT QUEST (1) has been well-placed to win all 3 starts this prep and got up by a nose to win here 3 weeks ago over 1000m. He only has to carry an extra kilo this time and should win again. VALLEY PRINCE (2) made it 10 wins on the track when scoring an all-the-way win here over 1200m by a nose 3 weeks ago. He is likely to set the pace again and can easily go back-to-back. DELAGO LAD (3) seldom runs a bad race around this circuit and in this grade. He was third in a tougher field last time out and should be right in the finish again, especially with the advantage of the pole position. ORNAMENTAL LADY (4) has found it hard to win recently but is racing well and gets another chance to break her track duck in this. Don't risk her. TANGO STEPZ (5) has been racing in higher grades than this recently and did win over this trip 4 starts back by half-a-length. She adds to the puzzle. SUGGESTED PLAY: Talent Quest to win.
