FRANGIPANE (6) produced a good effort last start when third over this distance at this track after winning her first three runs of this campaign. Excellent record here having never missed the placings in four starts, with three wins and a placing. Leading contender. KATSUTENAI OISHISA (7) has strung together a couple of wins at this track, the latest on March 22 over this distance when he scored by a neck. Winning rider Takuya Okamura retains the mount. Could get the job done again. KUSUDAMA (11) lines up on the back of a 4.5 lengths fourth at this course and distance. Major player. SUN FLOWER MOON (10) did a great job to score over today's course and distance last start in a nice progression the first-up run. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role.
