RULE OF LAW (1) is a consistent gelding who may not have lived up to his high price tag as a yearling, but he is still maturing, and he was a game runner-up when resuming from a spell on the Riccarton poly track nearly 3 weeks ago. He can go one better in this. PATSY SPIRIT (5) failed to back up at Cromwell, and he will be spot on for this suitable target. A wide gate is no help, but with the aid of a 3kg claim, he should not be taken lightly. PURE ARTIST (4) should now be ready to show some decent form again. Follow any positive market moves. NUNCIO (2) has been thereabouts this season and has been freshened up since his last start, fourth at Riccarton on heavy ground. Each way claims in this. SUGGESTED PLAY: Patsy Spirit each way value.
