Looks a solid tempo with Kazuchan Pe finding the front. Good race. ORIGINAL PATTERN (10) pushed forward and led throughout to score a 3 length win over 1400m at this track last time. Should be prominent again and is a leading hope. LES FRERES (6) is back from a spell of four-and-a-half months. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 1400m contest here by 5 lengths. Well placed and should be tough to beat. ROCK SUGAR (11) was far from disgraced after being prominent at the corner to finish half a length away in second last start over 1400m at this circuit. That followed a win on debut at this venue. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is one of the key runners. ESPLENDOR (2) recorded a strong on-pace win here last time by 1.5 lengths over 1400m. Cannot be underestimated.
