Solid tempo anticipated with Heartbreaker leading the way. ROLLINS (2) ran on nicely in his first run in the South Island for a new trainer, and the extra furlong is ideal. He is a lot stronger this season and will have no trouble picking up his first win at short notice. VILLASANTI (1) has been placed in all 8 starts to date, including 3 this season. He has the pole position, and his usual honest run can be expected. KNOCKINGATTHEDOOR (6) was runner-up here on debut, and then tackled much tougher company at Riccarton 6 weeks ago, finishing ninth. He has won a trial since then, and he will be hard to hold out here. CANTERBURY FLIGHT (9) has been building up her fitness levels, and gets a nice swing in her draw here. She has sound top 4 claims this time. MALEVO (5) will be ready for his debut after having plenty of trial experience. Include in all combinations. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rollins is on top for us.
