Genuine tempo with the speedy Python leading the way. ROBERTA IMPACT (1) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1400m at this track, beaten 5 lengths. That followed a win at Saga at the previous outing. Has her share of talent and is hard to beat in this suitable race. COUREUR LAUSANNE (5) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this venue over 1400m after being in the firing line all the way. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. ONSIGHT (6) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1200m at Monbetsu. Tackling a bit more ground this time but rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. PYTHON (9) never really threatened when resuming last time out, finishing midfield and beaten 6 lengths over 1400m here. Has a high cruising speed and is not to be discounted lightly.
