Bell Pit and Revontulet to battle for the leading role. SHIMME DAISY (2) went forward last start over 2000m at this track and held on well for second, beaten 1.5 lengths. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. OKEMARU (8) continues to race well with a win two back at Sonoda before finishing 2 lengths away in second last time over 1870m at Sonoda. Osamu Shimohara who has scored on him eight times retains the mount. Sure to play a big role. REVONTULET (9) is a talented entire who was well held last time in tougher grade over 1800m in the G3 Miyako Stakes at Kyoto Dirt. Reunites with Ryusei Sakai who has two wins from three rides. One of the main contenders. BELL PIT (5) showed good early speed over 2000m at Monbetsu last time and went on to salute by 3 lengths. Masaaki Kuwamura has been the pilot at his last five wins. Don't underestimate.
