Expecting Xaiambi to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. GOODLOOKIN’ GURU (9) debuts as a well-bred Omaha Beach filly out of Glory Guru, a family with black-type depth. Has worked well in the lead-up and maps for a soft run from the draw. Can make an immediate impact. EVEN IN AMERICA (10) trialled well before her Morphettville return but didn’t go on with it. Better for the outing and drawn far kinder under a light weight again. Worth another look. SIR MONICA (3) improved sharply last start when a close third at Bordertown. Rock-hard fit now and right in the mix. ZE ZE ZAP (6) is a Sir Prancealot gelding on debut for the Stokes camp. Opperman's booking is a strong push. Watch for a market push. No shock to see him play a major role. SUGGESTED PLAY: Goodlookin' Guru to return a winner.
