Moderate tempo with Splash Of White leading the way. SPLASH OF WHITE (8) is mixing her form but was very good here last start over this journey when beaten only a long neck. Draws better and gets in light again with the claimer sticking. Well placed to go one better. LIKE A DRIFTER (4) looked poised to strike fresh before fading late. Sure to have tightened up from that run and looms as a major threat. IMPACT STORM (2) debuts as a Fierce Impact gelding for the Hickmott yard, with Pannell sticking after promising lead-up work. Can make an immediate impression. AUSTRALIA FOREVER (11) is another debutant who has shown enough in her build-up to suggest she can run a bold race. Crowther’s booking is a positive lead.
