Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Penfold Park. BATTLE OF VIENNA (3) won well first-up and plagued by bad barriers ever since. Covered ground from the wide gate when up in grade for a tiring seventh over 1250m at Canterbury on May 29. This is an easier assignment and can turn things around from the good draw. I AM FAMOUS (6) returned in good style with J Mac aboard when accounting for a handy maiden field over 1300m at Warwick Farm on June 5. Confidence is high and can play a leading role again. HOUSE OF CARDS (5) Exceed And Excel gelding resuming after bumping into some promising types last time in. Fitted with two recent trials and expected to have developed further over the break. Can return in winning order. STAR LEGACY (8) only the one win from 15 starts and strips fitter after resuming with a fighting fourth over 1200m at Kembla Grange on May 28.
