Expecting Rich Ruby and All In Blackberry to press forward and set the tempo. CARPE DIEM (1) has not won for some time and will be having his first run on a poly track here. The key this time is the big drop in class, and after a handy 2kg claim, he is very well placed at this level. He should go close to taking this out. ALL IN BLACKBERRY (2) has won on the course in the past and will be very fit after recent racing over the jumps. She has a good draw, and it would be no surprise to see her figure in the top 3 here. JESTIN CASE (3) will find this her easiest assignment in some time and will secure the right run from the pole position. She steps out beyond 1700m for the first time, and a form reversal is on the cards. MADAME MOET (6) ran her best race in some time when charging home late to finish second by a nose here nearly a fortnight ago. A repeat of that effort will make her very hard to hold out in this. ROSIELICIOUS (4) will be peaking third up from a spell, and stepping up from 1700m to 2140m will suit her, as will a 3kg claim. Include in all bets. SUGGESTED PLAY: Carpe Diem is very well placed in this. Can win.
