Fast pace assured with Scorpion, American March and Muumuu leading the charge. MUUMUU (5) finished fourth over 1200m at Kyoto Dirt at her most recent appearance on May 4. Has won when fresh from a break in the past. Rates highly and should take some beating. AMERICAN MARCH (9) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt, beaten 11 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Fitter so expect a better run this time. FUKO SUNRISE (7) started at $4.80 last time and ran below expectations, finishing seventh and beaten 3.5 lengths at Kokura over 1200m after being handy on the turn. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is capable of a big performance. NEGRESCO (2) ran well despite being friendless in betting when resuming last time over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt, finishing second and beaten 0.8 lengths. Can make an impact again.
