GOING: G

Race 11 2000m

Track: GOOD     True

Anticipating a solid early tempo with plenty of pace engaged. This is the Grade 1 Teio Sho. Grade 1 placegetter WILSON TESORO (8) is back from a spell of three months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 2100m at Kanazawa. Likely to take beating. Grade 3 placegetter KING'S SWORD (12) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at Funabashi, beaten 4 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat. Grade 1 placegetter NOTTURNO (5) led throughout last time over 2100m at Nagoya and scored a comfortable win. Positive ride expected again and should prove tough to beat. SAYONO NATURE (4) has won 12 from 14 and is unbeaten in two runs this preparation, including a track and distance victory last start. Had to fault form and can continue winning run.
