Genuine pace with Granite taking up the running ahead of Endemism and Suzuka Double. ENDEMISM (6) returned from a spell last start and finished second over this distance at Nakayama, beaten a nose. Yet to miss the placings here in an excellent record which boasts two wins and one placing. Sure to run well. RAFFA DURA (1) has been in the money at both runs this campaign, finding the line strongly last time to finish second over 1800m at Nakayama. Fitter and should be in the finish again. SUZUKA DOUBLE (5) missed the placings first up recently but was not too far from the winner when sixth over 1600m at Hanshin. Has a solid second-up record. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will give backers a great sight. VULCANO (8) returns from a spell. Finished third at this track and distance at his only appearance last prep 11 weeks ago. Form here at the trip is sound with two wins and eight minor placings from 14 runs. Among the better hopes.
