At her last appearance she finished fourth over 1800m at Kyoto, beaten 2 lengths. Has won when fresh from a spell in the past and is likely to feature. WIN EDEL (8) knuckled down strongly to get within 0.6 lengths of the winner in third last start over 1600m at Hanshin when fresh from a spell. Can measure up. ROUGE KALMIA (3) returns after a spell of seven months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1800m at Niigata. Comes here with definite top-three claims while fresh. LOGI SILVER (2) finished fifth at her second-up appearance over 2000m at Nakayama but it is worth noting she won at the only third-up run. Fitter and can do much better this time.
