Very strong early tempo primarily from Sigsworth, Bold Storm and Golden Galaxy over Casan Geal and Monsoon Magic. ISLEDON (8) has struggled at her last couple of outings, most recently when down the track over 1262m at Taree. Finished second three runs back in a Class 2 over 1195m at Grafton - can win this if she rediscovers that form. SNOWDROP (1) has raced five times this prep and been in the money on each occasion. Charged home late to just miss last time over this course and distance in a Bm58. Has her share of weight but will be competitive again in this easier race. GOLDEN GALAXY (4) appreciated the drop in grade when he scrambled home last start over today's trip at Taree. In the mix again in a similar contest. ODDSOCK (7) is in contention off a 39-day let-up. Finished a close third over this distance at Gunnedah two back which is a good form reference. Last start Taree maiden winner SIGSWORTH (2) has only raced twice so there is a stack of room for further improvement. SUGGESTED PLAY: Isledon each-way.
