Tricky one to map with a large contingent of unraced runners but expect plenty of early pressure. MACOCHA (12) came off a break with a handy performance in town after showing out in Magic Millions race at Ballarat. Will strip fitter this time and cannot be discounted. GUERITE (9) produced a nice effort on debut at Warrnambool during the Carnival. Will be all the better for the experience and cannot be left out of calculations. AUGUST BONUS (1) produced a solid effort at Ballarat before being freshened. Has trialled up solidly for return and must be respected. SUGGESTED PLAY: Back Macocha to win but watch for any market support with the first starters.
