PERFECTLY PLACED CAPE C STAKES 1400m Track: GOOD Rain (Max: 16) 4m |

Pressure should be on from the outset with a few pacey runners in the big field. LITTLE MISS PINK (7) showed good signs of a form return in her last start here over this trip. She was unlucky not to have won that day as the jockey dropped his crop in the final stages. She is in a good space and Oswald Noach will be looking to make amends. HANG OUT THE STARS (1) challenged strongly in her last start but found one too good on the day and had to settle for second place. She only has 54kgs on her back and should throw out a big challenge to the top pick. TRIED AND TRUE (2) fought on when fourth over 1200m last time out. She is having her peak run today and should be cherry-ripe. She has cracked a good draw and must be considered on an each-way basis. BENEATH THE MOON (9) was her own worst enemy last time as she hung outwards throughout. Her penultimate run when second over 1200m catches the eye and if keeping on a straight line, she should be competitive.
