LOT EMPEROR (12) went forward over 1400m at this track last time and held on for third. Has the pace to overcome the draw. Form this track is hard to knock with five wins from 13 starts. One of the contenders. GRAY STORM (1) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish ninth over 1400m at this track in a disappointing performance. Finds a nice race and can atone.
