Must raise the bar but another big run will not surprise. QUEEN CARD (3) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Safely held last time out when tenth over 1800m at this track, beaten 10 lengths. Enjoys a drop in grade so she can return to the winners' list. TENGU CLUB (1) was ridden quietly then made some inroads and finished 6 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1000m at this track two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Winning claims on best figures. RYUNO NAPOLEON (8) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on March 29, finishing eighth and beaten 8 lengths over 1400m at Mizusawa. Should camp just off the leaders. Must be respected.
