Pakara Pakara should lead at a strong tempo. SASUKE SOLE (11) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third last start over 1000m at Monbetsu. Should park just off the speed despite a difficult draw. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. STORM EYE (10) resumed from a spell last start with a sound second over 1200m at this track after being in contention on the corner. Nicely placed to take this out. PAKARA PAKARA (3) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished 4 lengths from the winner in second over 1200m at this track after being prominent at the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. LITTLE ANGEL (1) was never in contention last time over 1200m at this track when she finished sixth, beaten 6 lengths. Well placed on this occasion and is a likely improver.
