Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Sakura Salute. SERAPHINITE (7) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Safely held last time out when fifth over 1400m at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. SAKURA SALUTE (4) showed good speed here last time over 1400m and led into the straight before tiring to finish ninth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Should be tough to rein in. GOLD BRAVO (1) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 5.5 lengths back in fourth over 1400m at this track. Another bold showing is expected. TEIKOKU (2) was below par when 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth over this course and distance last start. Has a much better draw this time. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Must be respected.
