Well-placed and will take running down. STORM VANGUARD (2) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 1400m at this track, finishing third and beaten 1.75 lengths. Has the class to build on that encouraging effort last start. WAKUWAKU DREAM (7) was in contention on the bend and finished second last time over 1600m at this track when resuming from a spell, beaten 2 lengths. Will trim down second-up. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
