Overdue for a win and looks a strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. MENDELEJEV (10) is back after a break of 11 weeks. At the last run before the layoff he finished fourth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Good chance to break through. RED PEERLESS (2) ran a better race last start at his second appearance, finishing fifth over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt. Progressive type who is nearing a win. GOLDEN BOB (7) finished 11 lengths away in seventh at his last appearance over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt on May 2. This looks a nice race so expect him to finish closer.
