Anticipate a moderate tempo is a race devoid of recognised speedsters. CAPITAL STORM (2) is a son of Written Tycoon out of Dongxing Princess having his first start. Winner of a recent trial with today's rider Lachlan Neindorf aboard. Looks ready to go and can make an immediate impact. IZZYBELLA (9) is a daughter of Snitzel from the Group 1 winner Invincibella who makes her debut. Showed ability at the trials and respecting the top yard and bloodlines. COMMIT (3) raced once in the maiden preparation when fourth in the LR Debutante Stakes at Caulfield over 1000m back on October 15. Better for that run and can improve sharply. INVICTO (18) returns after five months in the paddock having been tested in two good races last time in. This suits better, go close. ALPINE POINT (1) was okay on debut on heavy ground and can improve. SUGGESTED PLAY: Capital Storm on top.
