Pace strong with Hokulea and Three Rose leading with Meiner Vision nearby. MEINER VISION (1) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 1400m at this track. Drawn to take a nice trail just off the speed. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is one of the main contenders. THREE ROSE (7) turned in a better run last time to finish third over 1600m at this track after being in the firing line on the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. BELLE VIOLETTE (10) lifted strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1400m at this track. Going up a level this time but she is good enough to play a major role. HOKULEA (4) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 1400m at this track after being handy for much of the way. Likely improver who should be in the mix.
