Pace genuine with Pipistrelle and Love On Sunday pressing hard closely followed by Fortress Australia and Overlord. PIPISTRELLE (4) bounced back off a rich feature at Rockhampton with an easy win here in a CL6, against her own sex. She will use the inside gate and keeps the handy 3kg claim. She rates to go on with the job. TURBEAU (3) showed more like his best placing here in Open grade. Maps well and Wiggins reuniting is a decent push for his chances. STATS (1) loses Wiggins, but he's missed a whisker three times since his win here, all in Open grade. He has to lug top weight but will be hitting the line hard. Can't be discounted. OVERLORD (5) turned in a better effort last time to finish in the money over 1000m at this track. Has claims. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Pipistrelle to win.
