Genuine tempo with the speedy Deebaa leading the way. Tough one to try and sort out pre-scratchings with the two highest-rated runners in the race the fifth and sixth emergencies. The latter, DUBAI FOUNTAIN (18), looks the testing material if she can sneak a run. Her last start run, beaten 1-3/4 lengths in a 0-56 at Bendigo, looks the best form in the race and it followed a nice third at Echuca in similar grade the start prior. Similarly, ARABIAN MYTH (17) was beaten only 2-1/2 lengths in a 0-56 at Bendigo last start and should be at peak fitness now. Big thing in his favour is the low draw. MISS HIMALAYA (10) was beaten a whisker in a BM56 at Kyneton four back and while the recent form has not been as compelling, she's been going around in races with more depth than this. KING DE LUNE (2) will find this easier than the two runs back and draws to play a key role. ALESUND (1) is another whose figure-form reads terribly but has been competing in tougher races than this, but he's got a poor gate to contend with. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dubai Fountain to win.
