Genuine tempo with Wismar, Bent and I Can Do It up front. YAMANIN LOOP (1) wound up strongly only to just miss when first-up last start over 1800m at this track. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing. WISMAR (4) was well supported when resuming last time out over 2000m at Kyoto and proved too strong, scoring by a neck. Fitter for that last hitout and he looms as a significant threat. PAO DE ACUCAR (3) resumes in a similar race to his last run nine weeks ago when eighth, beaten 6 lengths. Worth plenty of thought. I CAN DO IT (6) last appeared when fourth over 1600m at Nakayama 11 weeks ago. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
