Let Rip to set a strong tempo joined by Pyromania pressing on from an outside draw.
MYTHICAL MOOCHI (10) won his maiden first-up at Inverell then got too far out of his ground before storming home late for fifth over this distance at Dubbo last start. Late bloomer who is well in after the claim and looks the one to beat. CHAMPERS GIRL (4) has tackled a couple of Class 3 sprints since resuming from a short spell and found it tough. Back in class today, strips fitter, and is perfectly drawn so she certainly gets her chance. RAIL TRAIL (5) ran a much better race at Bathurst last Thursday over 1100m, travelling closer to the pace than usual then boxing on for a close fourth. One of the key runners if the stable decides to back-up four days later. Consistent mare THE MOOCH (6) made late inroads but was never a threat last time out over 1000m at Warren. Nicely placed today and should prove hard to hold out. D'ARPANO (13) hasn't won for a while but at the weights a better run is on the cards. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Mythical Moochi and Champers Girl.
