Expecting a strong tempo, predominantly from Miss Munroe, Endizayo and Smart Star. MISS MUNROE (2) ran a good race when finishing third of 10 as the odds-on favourite over this distance on the Vaal Classic course last start when sent out as the odds-on favourite. She would have strengthened up during her time off the track. Capable work rider Chamu Mabaya retains the ride and if not in need of the run she prove hard to beat. DESERT CLOUD (1) is better than her last two starts would suggest as she was reported to be not striding out. She showed promise in her first two career outings. Has each-way claims. MISTY METAL (4) ran a fair race over this distance on the Inside course last time. Phelisile Mongqawa has ridden her previously and she cannot be ignored. Include in exotic bets for value. CYBER SPIRIT (3) resumes from a spell after having finished fourth of 10 over 1000m last start and jumping from an inside draw has solid claims in a fresh-up state.
