From the inside gate Grenat Rufus has the dash to be in the leading division, with Reve Legend and Yumegoten applying plenty of pressure. YUMEGOTEN (13) did a great job to score by 5 lengths over this course and distance last time out to build on a solid first-up result. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is good enough to play a major role. GRENAT RUFUS (1) didn't do a bad job to finish 1.75 lengths away in second last start over 1200m at this track. That followed a first-up win at this track. Yet to miss the placings from six starts at this track. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. CHANDELIER SONG (5) is back from a break of three months after stringing together three minor placings prior to spelling. Has a solid first-up record. Form at this track is solid. One of the contenders. REVE LEGEND (11) improved last time out, finishing 1.3 lengths from the winner in second over 1000m at this track. This looks a good race for him and he is one of the key runners.
