Strips fitter second-up from the spell and only needs some luck from the wide draw to be playing a major role in the finish. OBLIGATED (2) was a determined winner two runs back then raced on the speed last time before finishing 11th over 1200m at Townsville. Good record at this journey with three wins and two minor placings from seven starts and is expected to be in the finish. HELLISH (3) finished seventh last start, beaten 3 lengths, over 1200m at Townsville. Form over this journey is strong, boasting two wins from four starts. Should park just off the speed and is likely to feature. COCHRANE (8) scored two back then sat on the pace last time when 1.75 lengths away in sixth over 1050m at this circuit. Has the early speed to cross from out wide and shapes as one of the better hopes. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lean Eagle to win again.
