PANTELLERIA (7) turned in a fine effort to score by a neck at this track and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to cope. Has the speed to be prominent. Capable of testing this field. ROMANCE GRAY (6) improved sharply last time out to score by 1.5 lengths over 1400m at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role.
