PURE MAKENA (7) showed early speed from a good draw and led until entering the straight last start, eventually holding on for third over 1600m at this track. Well-placed and will take catching. WIDE MARGARITA (3) did a great job to score by one length over this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Can win again. PEACE ONE JOKER (4) did little and finished tenth over 1400m at Morioka Dirt last start. Well placed and in the mix on best. FURIMUKANAIDEYO (5) turned in a fine effort to score by 1.3 lengths at today's track and distance last start in a far better run. Meets a stronger field but she is good enough to figure in the finish.
