HAPPY 70TH BIRTHDAY PAT BAKER 1200m

Track: HEAVY 10     Out 6m

A solid tempo on the cards with Ima Brazen One leading the way. SINBIN (4) loves it here, and all of her 3 wins on this track have been over this trip. She needed her fresh up run at Otaki 3 weeks ago, and with the aid of a kilo claim, she will be hard to hold out. IMA BRAZEN ONE (2) steadily improved in each of her 3 runs back from a spell, winning the most recent of those at Otaki. She has won on this track in the past, and an extra 2kg should not be enough to stop her from going close to repeating the dose. PRIORESS (5) has been an honest winter performer for a long time, and she did enough when posting a rare win by a head at New Plymouth 2 weeks ago. She likes it here, which is a big advantage, and with 3.5kg less to carry, she may even win again. TOLSTOY (6) has yet to miss a cheque in 3 starts on this track. He might need it, but include in combos. CHAJABA (3) needed his first up run, and he can improve into the top 4 here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sinbin can win this.
