Expecting a solid pace with Nosie By Nature, Eugenius and Port Louis leading the charge. AQUAHOLIC (10) showed good early dash first-up and led for most of the way, only to miss the bob on the line. Fitter now and is sure to take some catching. EL PASO CITIE (2) saluted stylishly at Naracoorte two runs ago and then was only just denied last time from making it two on the bounce. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Bold showing anticipated. EUGENIUS (1) was a good winner two back at Gawler before struggling to play a role in town last time but the subsequent form around him is strong. Kept fresh for this and gets an important claim. Could easily atone. NOSIE BY NATURE (5) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by a neck over this trip at Mildura last time out. Need to include. SUGGESTED PLAY: Aquaholic to go one better.
