Strong tempo with Pianta, Willaston and Territorian going forward ahead of Puissy Galore and Don't Tell Sheriff. OBI (3) is getting on now but will appreciate a race of this quality compared to his past two starts. The last one, in a Saturday race at Murray Bridge, was a pretty good effort at his first start for over a month and he looks poised to rediscover the form of three runs back, when he won in similar grade to this. OH SO THRILLING (9) has won here but is yet to miss a place in three starts, including a last-start second placing, so it would surprise if she wasn't in the firing line providing she gets the right run from a wide gate. TERRITORIAN (2) broke through last start and rises in grade, but stays at Mildura, which was the scene of the maiden victory. ROYAL MEMORY (5) has improved at three runs to date and looks ready for 1400m now. SUGGESTED PLAY: Obi to win.
