GOING: H(8)

GROUP ONE STALLIONS @ RICH HILL 1400m

Track: HVY8     Out 2m

Digger to take charge ahead of Super Wraith at a strong tempo. TOWERING VISION (3) is part of the Walker/Bergerson team getting ready for the spring, and he has had a couple of sound trials to get ready for his return. He can make full use of the pole position, and should be ready to rumble fresh up. Follow the market leads. JAEGER (5) ended his last prep with a win at Waverley in May. He will want more ground than this, and a recent trial placing will ensure that he ready to run a big race fresh. FLORIN (4) has been freshened up since rushing home for second here nearly 2 months ago. She seems to be at her best when her races are well spaced, so don't sell her short in this. SUPER WRAITH (6) may not win often, but he showed what he can do when winning his penultimate start at Whanganui by over 3 lengths at BM65 level. He is also coming off a freshen up, and is well worth each-way consideration, especially from a good gate. KAIMAI QUEEN (1) will be dropping in grade here, and she is good enough to take this out, despite being a 9YO mare. SUGGESTED PLAY: Towering Vision will be hard to beat, and Kaimai Queen at odds is not out of it.
