Harry's Bar, First Person and Starmae can set a genuine tempo. LA SIGNORA DANE (11) added to her imposing record with a game win over 1250m here last time out. Mares in form are great betting propositions so in a similar race she is worth sticking with. HARRY'S BAR (10) resumed in good order in a Rosehill Midway last start. Maps beautifully just off the speed from an ideal draw and with that run under the belt looms as a serious contender. FIRST PERSON (5) is super honest with three wins from five starts this time in work. Led but found one better over this distance at Rosehill last time out. Big chance back in midweek company. HANAU (4) returns from a lengthy spell. Has won twice and been placed for times in his career, all at today's journey. Two recent trials should have him forward enough to run well. CATAHOULA (14) has just fair at Rosehill last start after a couple of near misses to kick off the campaign in Melbourne. Down in class today and should be competitive.
