Fast pace assured with Dreamzel, Stokke and Manhattan View leading the charge. STOKKE (4) was well fancied to beat the now-scratched Trembles last time and tried hard, only beaten a length there. Expecting that form to hold up off a good win prior and can bounce back to winning ways. FRAGILE LOVE (8) split Trembles & Stokke as a $21 chance last time so must have claims. She's been good in both runs back and will be the one looking to pounce late if they overdo it. DREAMZEL (2) is a consistent mare in good form, suited coming back to 1000m now. Her best figures have her firmly in the mix. IMPISH LADY (5) is flying with three wins in a row this campaign but back to a rapid 1000m is a slight query. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stokke to win.
