Pace strong with Calm Cowboy and Rejuvenate leading with Pinetti nearby. BRUH (5) has run two fair races to date. He should have finished closer to the winner last time as he had to be steadied at the 100m mark. He is a progressive type and if taking to the polytrack, he can win a race of this nature. PINETTI (8) cost himself winning last time as he hung inwards over the final 350m. He steps back up to 1400m which may be what he is looking for. Has winning claims. REJUVENATE (3) raced from a handy position over 1600m at Turffontein last time but found one too good on the day. Muzi Yeni retains the ride, and she should give the males a decent run for their money. PEMBURY (6) was on debut last start and finished ninth at this track over 1200m. Racing in a fitter state can place.
