Natsu Hayate should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep her honest. NATSU HAYATE (8) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1500m at Urawa after being in contention all the way. Has the pace to take a forward position. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is up to the challenge. MEIWA NOIX (5) landed her maiden success over this course and distance last time, scoring by one length. Looks well placed and she is definitely worth including. COMIC GIRL (10) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 2.5 lengths away in third over 1400m at this track. Tricky draw to overcome but does have good gate speed. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is good enough to play a major role. HANASAKI POPLAR (7) showed good early dash at the first run after a spell last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 2.5 lengths away in third over 1400m at this track. Can feature in the finish.
